New users receive a 7-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial period, you will receive a payment link via Telegram. If you choose not to subscribe, your access will be deactivated. Your trial data is subject to the same privacy practices as paid accounts.
All content, branding, and technology comprising KdahAI is the property of id2r and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.
Content you submit to the Service (photos, text) remains yours. We claim no ownership over data you submit. You grant id2r a limited, temporary license to process that content solely to provide the Service response.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, id2r and KdahAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate planned downtime via Telegram where possible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if we have reason to believe these Terms have been violated. In cases of serious misuse, no refund will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with the billing terms above.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which id2r is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country.
